Partner terms

These terms apply to everyone who takes part in the DutchFellas partner programme: hotels, apartments, campsites, guides and other businesses that refer guests to our rentals and tours.

Joining the programme

You apply through the partner application form. DutchFellas reviews every application and decides whether to approve it. Approval is at our discretion and is not automatic.

Once approved you receive a partner account with your own referral codes, QR codes and dashboard. The information you give us must be accurate and kept up to date.

Referrals and tracking

Each partner receives one or more unique referral links and QR codes. When a guest arrives through your link or code, the referral is stored first party in that visitor's browser and is applied to a booking they make afterwards.

Attribution is first wins: the first partner reference captured for a visitor stays with that visitor for the rest of their visit journey.

Referring yourself, your own bookings or bookings you place on behalf of a guest at our counter without a genuine referral is not allowed. Any attempt to manipulate tracking, generate artificial clicks or create false bookings ends participation and cancels the affected commissions.

Commissions

Commission is calculated on the booking value using the commission rate assigned to your partner account. Rates can differ per partner and per booking type, so the rate that applies to you is the rate agreed with you and shown in your partner dashboard.

The rate is stored as a snapshot on each commission at the moment the booking qualifies, so a later rate change never changes commissions that already exist.

A commission is created when a referred booking is paid and confirmed. It becomes payable once the booking has taken place and no refund or dispute is outstanding.

If a booking is cancelled, refunded or charged back, the related commission is reversed and does not count towards your earned total.

Long term rental is not part of the commission programme at this time.

Payouts

Eligible commissions are collected into payouts. Every payout and every commission it contains is visible in your partner dashboard.

To be paid you need to give us valid payment details and, where the law requires it, valid invoicing or tax details. You are responsible for your own taxes and for declaring what you earn.

We can correct or reverse a payout entry when a commission turns out to be based on a cancelled, refunded or fraudulent booking.

The payout schedule is agreed with you directly. There is no automatic payment guarantee inside the platform.

How you may promote DutchFellas

You may present DutchFellas honestly to your guests, using our name, links and QR codes as provided.

You may not present yourself as DutchFellas or as an official representative beyond referring guests, make claims about our services that we have not published, quote prices we do not charge, advertise availability or guarantees that do not exist, send unsolicited bulk messages, or register domains, social accounts or paid search campaigns that imitate the DutchFellas brand.

Our name, logo and photography may only be used to refer guests and must not be changed.

Suspension and ending participation

You can stop participating at any time by telling us.

We can suspend or end a partner account for fraud, manipulation of referrals, misleading marketing, or a serious breach of these terms.

If participation ends for a normal reason, commissions that were already earned and are not reversed remain payable. Commissions linked to fraud or manipulation are cancelled.

Privacy

Referral tracking stores a referral code, an anonymous visitor key and the landing page. Partners never receive the personal data of referred guests. Your dashboard shows counts, booking references and commission values, not guest identity documents or payment credentials.

How we handle personal data is described in our privacy policy.

Changes and law

We can update these terms. The current version is always published on this page, and we tell partners about material changes.

The partner relationship is governed by applicable Spanish law, without prejudice to any mandatory rights that may apply to you.
